By the present application, the applicant is praying to set aside the order dated 28.08.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, by which, registration of writ petition came to be refused on account of non-removal of office objections.

(Order) (2) C.A. No. 12956 of 2017 02.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. Same is accordingly allowed.

(a) The order dated 28.08.2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, to the extent of the applicant - petitioner, is set aside. Writ petition stamp no. 12645/2017 is restored to its original position.

(b) The petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of six weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove office objections within the stipulated period, the order allowing instant civil application shall be deemed to have been recalled.

(c) Delay, if any, stands condoned.
