This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body/appellant in this Court. The amount deposited is 60% of the enhanced amount. The applicants have already withdrawn 75% of the amount deposited in this Court. This Court in other cases have permitted to withdraw the entire amount by order dated 18.10.2024.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw remaining 25% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest, on furnishing usual undertaking.
