Langhe, learned counsel for the appellant on instructions submits that the appellant-original defendant does not want to proceed further into the matter and seeks leave to withdraw the same. She has tendered across the bar the application for withdrawal of appeal, dated 11-03-2020. The same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-X, for identification.

In view of submission, there is no impediment to grant leave. Accordingly, leave is granted as prayed for. The Second Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 4.

In view of withdrawal of Second Appeal, proceedings of pending CA/13417/2018 and CA/2768/2020 in SA/867/2018 do not survive stand disposed of.
