The petitioners have put forth prayer clauses (C) and (D), which read as under :- "C.

By issue of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, to direct the respondents to grant additional increments for "Excellent work" in view of the orders of this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No. 6480/2019 dated 06.06.2019. D.

By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondents may kindly be directed to pay/release monetary benefits of additional increments for most excellent/outstanding" 2.

The learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent No.1 and the learned Advocate for respondent Nos.2 to 4, submit on instructions, that the case of the petitioners is covered by the order

10978.22wp (2) dated 06/06/2019, delivered by this Court in Writ Petition No.6480/2019 (Raosaheb Mango Patil and others Vs. State of Maharashtra and others).

We are informed that most of the Zilla Parishads, who had suffered the order dated 06/06/2019, had preferred the review petitions. Vide order dated 30/08/2022, Review Application No.170/2022 in Writ Petition No.13760/2019 and other connected review applications have been dismissed by this Court. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is partly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (C) and (D).

Needless to state, the Zilla Parishad would be at liberty to verify the documents and confirm that the petitioners have been selected as such Teachers, who have performed excellent work and after due verification, unpaid amounts shall be paid to them, on or before 30/04/2023. If certain amounts have been recovered from the petitioners, the same would be refunded to them, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 28/02/2023. (SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.)
