Heard. The petitioner impugns the order dated 1/7/2025, passed by the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai, Bench at Aurangabad in Original Application No.702/2025, by which the learned Tribunal refused to grant interim relief in favour of the petitioner.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, we expressed our disinclination to

interfere with the impugned order. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, urged that the Original Application pending before the learned Tribunal may be expedited. We accept the said request, and request the learned Tribunal to make an endeavour to decide the Original Application by the end of January 2026.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
