By this Writ Petition, the petitioner have prayed for a limited relief that his Caste Claim pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee, to be decided expeditiously. It has been informed across the Bar that the proceedings before the Caste Scrutiny Committee have been finally heard and is Closed for Orders. 2.

In view of the above, we direct the Respondent No.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee to passed appropriate order within a period of three weeks from today.
