The learned Advocate for the petitioners has placed before us a compilation of 12 pages, which are collectively marked 'X-1' for identification. The lands of the petitioners are mentioned on page 2 of the said compilation.

The learned Advocate representing the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation places before us a communication dated 13/09/2021 along with the minutes of the 136th High-Power Committee's meeting held at 3.00 p.m. on 06/09/2021 (9 pages). This communication is issued by the Deputy Secretary of the State of Maharashtra to the Chief
12301.19wp (2) Executive Officer of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation. These documents are taken on record and collectively marked as 'X-2' for identification. 3.
He submits that the acquiring body has decided not to acquire these lands which are mentioned in the Notification under Section 32 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961. All these lands are in the possession of the land owners and they are utilizing the same. Now it is decided not to acquire the said lands and the State of Maharashtra, very soon, would be issuing the orders declaring the decision.

Considering the above and on perusing prayer clauses (B), (C) and (D), vide which the petitioners had sought deletion of their lands from acquisition, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners are satisfied.
