The petitioner is challenging the order dated 21.08.2019 rendered by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad in an appeal preferred under Section 70 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 challenging the decision of the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad rejecting Change Report 1140/2003.

The appellant expired on 13.02.2019. One Surendra Chunnilal Bhandari is permitted to prosecute the appeal. It is noted by the Joint Charity Commissioner that the name of Surendra Chunnilal Bhandari is recorded in Schedule - I. In this view of the matter, I do not see any error in the order impugned.

The petition is dismissed.
