The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner challenges the notice dated 24.06.2025 issued to the petitioner for carrying two brass of sand without royalty pass. 3.

The petitioner may put his response to the notice issued to him and the concerned authority to decide the notice issued to the petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of production of the order of this court. The petitioner's vehicle is detained. Detention of vehicle over a long period of time does not serve the interest of either parties.
