Heard both sides. During the arguments, learned A.G.P. produced Government Resolution dated 23rd March, 1994 showing that Vanajara community is now treated as NT(D). Learned A.G.P. submitted that this resolution was set aside by this Court but the Apex Court has set aside the order of this Court. Copy of the said Government Resolution is taken on record. 2.

As the petitioner wanted to contest the election from Other Backward Caste, his nomination is rejected as he belongs to NT(D) category. Therefore it is not possible to interfere in the order made by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies. Petition is disposed of as dismissed. ( T.V. NALAWADE, J. ) SSD 1 / 1
