Present application has been filed for fixing early date of final hearing. Learned Advocate appearing for the applicants has pointed out earlier order passed by this Court on 26th August 2013, by which the matter was fixed for final hearing taking into consideration that both the applicants are senior citizens.

It is to be noted that this Court is

(Order) (2) Civil Appln. No. 02055 of 2019 presently hearing second appeals of 1988-89 onwards. There is a long queue and almost in all the matters, either of the party or parties are senior citizens. When older matters are there waiting in the queue, there is no special reason to fix this second appeal. 03.

Instead of rejecting, the civil application is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to renew the request for early hearing in the next year i.e. 2020.
