Order :- 1.

The petitioners contend that they have been appointed in the year 2013 and their proposals for granting approval are pending with Education Officer. It is apprehended that Education Officer or Director of Education may take steps and on the declaration of vacancy may nominate teachers for filling of the vacancies. 2.

Since proposals in respect of appointment of petitioners have not been dealt with, the Education Officer is directed to take decision on the proposals in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from today and it is

In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against the petitioners.
