Applicants are seeking substitution of the deceased respondent No. 1 by the legal heirs, who are already on record. In both appeals, respondent No. 1 Rakhmabai died and she is survived by remaining respondents. In the cross objections the self same legal heirs are brought on record.

The civil applications are allowed and the respondents shall be treated as legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1 - Rakhmabai. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today. The civil applications are disposed of.
