The appeals of the petitioners against rejection of their applications for issuance of tribe certificates are pending with the Committee from April 2019.

In case appeals filed by the petitioners are pending with the respondent No. 1/committee, then the Committee shall decide the said appeals expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioners. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 07th October, 2019.
