The petitioner has filed the proposal seeking validity of his tribe certificate on 29th June, 2019.

In fact, if the petitioner has an urgency, he should have approached the Committee earlier.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner is seeking validity for his further studies, we direct the respondent No. 2/Committee to decide the proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
