1] There is lethargy on the part of the petitioner in approaching the Court. The petitioner has submitted proposal for validation of the caste claim in November, 2020. The petitioner has filed this Petition on 5th November, 2021, seeking directions against the Committee to decide validation proceedings immediately.

2] Learned Additional Government Pleader appears for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

3] In such scenario, it would not be possible now to issue positive directions to the Committee. 4] The Committee may, if it possible for it, endeavour to decide the proceedings within 15 days considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of

admission to professional course. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 17.11.2021.

5] Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
