Learned APP for the respondent-State has produced the report of the Chief Medical Ofcere Nashik Road Central Prisone Nashike indicating therein that applicant is sufering from tooth ache. The grievance of the applicant can be redressed from the jail itself. No good ground is made out for releasing him on medical ground on bail.

The Superintendente Nashik Road Central Prisone Nashik is directed to provide medical treatment for tooth ache of the applicant as and when it is needed.
