We have heard Mr Tribhuwan, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP for respondents State. 2.

The petitioners are claiming that respondent No.6, though junior to the petitioners, is promoted as Senior Clerk. The petitioners are claiming supersession. In view of that, the petitioners have remedy before the School Tribunal as per Section 9 of the M.E.P.S. Act. The petitioners may avail the said remedy.

In view of the above, the petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy before the School Tribunal.
