Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The learned Counsel submits that the Petitioner had filed a Review upon rejection of the Revision, after the Petitioner is acquitted in the criminal case for an offence under the Essential Commodities Act. The Review is pending. However, in the interregnum, the Proclamation has been issued for allotment of Fair Price Shop in the same area of operation.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the Respondents.

In case the Review filed by the Petitioner is pending, then the same shall be decided by the Authority where the Review is pending preferably, within one (01) month.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
