In view of the judgment passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 1695 of 2012 dated 16/11/2013 holding that, the Insurance Company is also jointly and severally liable to pay the compensation, the present application by applicant-owner for withdrawal of the amount deposited by him, is allowed. The application is disposed of.
