ORDER

1.

This application has been moved by the applicant purportedly for vacation of interim order dated 13-10-2014 passed by this court in writ petition.

After hearing the parties, it appears that the election officer of the society has demanded an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- towards election expenses.

In view of aforesaid position and having regard to the pending dispute, it would be appropriate that respondent no. 3 in the application i.e. society shall be allowed to pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the election officer. 4.

As such, clause (3) of the order dated 13-10-2014 to the extent of payment of Rs.1,00,000/- to the election officer would be held in abeyance. Respondent no.3-society shall deposit said amount with election officer within a period of three weeks.

Civil application with aforesaid directions stands disposed of.
