The proposal is submitted for opening of the Bank Account with the DCC Bank. The proposal is also forwarded by respondent no. 2 to respondent no. 1. However, the same has not been decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for both the respondents.

In case, the proposal for No Objection to open the Bank Account with DDC Bank is forwarded by respondent no. 2 and is pending with respondent no. 1, then respondent no. 1 shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one (01) month.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
