2) We have heard learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel for respondent No.3 has no objection if the order dated 29 th October, 2014 is recalled.
3) The respondent Nos.1 and 2 have not filed any affidavit in reply. 4) For the reasons recorded in Civil Application, Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C). Interim order in force, if any, on the date of dismissal of the petition, is also restored to file.
{2} CA 13087 of 2016.odt 5) Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6) Place the Writ Petition No.2310 of 2002 for hearing and final disposal in the week commencing from 25th September, 2017. 7) No order as to costs.
