ORDER :

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 69 days caused in filing review application for review of the order of dismissal made by this Court in Second Appeal 63/2016. The learned counsel was asked to argue to show sufficient cause and also to show that there is some arguable case for review. 2.

The learned counsel submitted that the Courts below have given 1/6th share as per the Hindu Law prior to amendment of 2005, but as per that law 1/15th share was permissible. This contention is dealt with by this Court while making the order and it is held that the decision given on this point cannot be disturbed. Thus, virtually there is no arguable case. If he has grievance about the order, the order needs to be challenged. In view of these circumstances, there is no need to issue notice to other side. Application is rejected. [ T.V.
