This is an application for condonation of 60 days delay occurred in preferring the appeal against the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad in MACP No. 628/2015 dated 29th March,2017.

There are averments in the application which make out a sufficient cause for condonation of delay. It is asserted that the delay occurred in the process of obtaining approvals for preferring the appeal.

There is no serious objection, on behalf of the respondents - original claimants, to condone the delay.

Thus, to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay caused in preferring the appeal deserves to be condoned. Hence, the following order :

(a) The application stands allowed.

(b) The delay of 60 days in preferring the appeal stands condoned. (c) Appeal be registered.
