The petitioner has put forth prayer clause "A" in WP No.10862/2022 as under :- "A. By issuing a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction as the case may be; the Chief Executive Office, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar may be directed to hear and decide the representation dated 21.09.2022 forwarded by the petitioner for khs/Oct.2022/10862

The learned Advocate representing respondent No.2 submits that the representation would be decided during the ongoing transfer programme.
