ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for respondent No.1.

This application is filed for withdrawal of compensation amount granted in Motor Accident Claim Petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, permission is granted to the applicants-claimants to withdraw 75 % out of compensation amount deposited in this Court, subject to filing written undertaking that they would deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. Undertaking be filed within two weeks from the date of this Order. Remaining 25 % compensation amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipts account in any Nationalized Bank till final disposal of the appeal. Registrar (Judicial) to act accordingly. 4.
