Heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respective
941 CA 14569-2023 parties.

The appeals are filed by the Insurance Company against the order of the Tribunal.

In applications filed for withdrawal of amount, the learned Advocate for the applicants has produced on record the order dated 03/10/2023 in CA No.1753 of 2018, wherein the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire 50% of deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon.
4.
In view of the same, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the entire 50% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon till date, subject to filing of undertaking to the satisfaction of the Presiding officer of Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Dhule. The deposited amount be transmitted in terms of prayer Clause 'C'. Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of. 5.
