PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for the original complainant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor inform this Court that, the charge-sheet was filed on 17th November, 2014. Though this Court has passed order on 19th November, 2014 not to file charge-sheet, however, in view of the fact that, the charge-sheet is filed, the same ad-interim relief granted to the applicants is of no use.

In the circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the application with further liberty to take appropriate remedy so as to take exception to the charge-sheet.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
