This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent No.3 Committee to take decision on the proposal in respect of verification of the tribe certificate issued in favour of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, the respondent No.1 is directed to allow the petitioner to continue the education course. The respondent No.2 University shall allow the petitioner to appear for the examination/s subject to decision on the tribe validation claim of the petitioner pending with the Scrutiny Committee.
