Under order dated 3rd February, 2017 in Writ Petition No. 1273 of 2017 this court had directed the committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within 3 months. 2.

Mr. Patil, learned Addl. G. P. states that the vigilance is concluded an the matter is kept on 11th October, 2017 for hearing. The petitioner has not filed his say to the Vigilance Report.

According to Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel, the reply to the Vigilance Report is already filed.

Be that as it may be, the matter is now kept for hearing on 11th October, 2017. The committee shall now decide the said proceeding by the end of November-2017.
