This petition is filed seeking directions to the Tribe Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner. The learned AGP points out that immediately after submitting proposal within three months, the petitioner has approached this Court.

Be that as it may, this Court directs the respondent No.2 - Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner as early as possible and preferably within one year from today.
