PER COURT :- Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the summonses are returned unserved for all the respondents with a remark that none of them is residing at the given address. Learned Counsel submitted that the same address was there in the claim petition filed by the respondents and no other address is available of said respondents. In the circumstances, the present application is filed seeking leave to serve the respondents by way of public notice.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-'B'. The notice be made returnable on 19.11.2018.
