The petitioner is raising grievance in respect of inaction on the part of respondents in not deciding the proposal dated 7.6.2019 for granting approval for transfer of the petitioner from un-aided post to aided post. 2.

Notice to respondents. Learned G.P. waives notice for respondents no.1 and 2.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is only in respect of pendency of the proposal before respondent no.2, the respondent no.2 is directed to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 7.6.2019 expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today. 4.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
