The learned counsel submits that the petitioner had filed representation to the Collector as against the deletion of 3 R land of property No.725 (Old No.662).

Mr. Awate, learned counsel submits that in fact the jurisdiction would vest with the Zilla Parishad. The learned counsel submits that he would file representation with the Zilla Parishad. The petitioner may file representation with the concerned Zilla Parishad, which would be considered on its own merits in accordance with law.
