The applicants - original respondents have moved this application to permit them to withdraw an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- deposited by the respondent - original applicant in the Court, for which learned counsel for the respondent has given no objection.

For the reasons disclosed in the application and no objection given by learned counsel for the respondent, criminal application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the said amount. The registry is directed to transfer the amount of maintenance deposited in the Court to the bank account of Applicant No.1 - Priyanka Chaudhary within five weeks on her furnishing bank account details with the registry.
