By this application the applicants are seeking correction in the names of applicant Nos. 7, 9 and 10 in the original petition which were wrongly mentioned at Sr .Nos. 7, 9 and 10 in contempt petition. Perusal of copies of both petitions indicate that in place of Punjaba s/o Shekhu Ravate, the name of Shamrao Ganpat Mogal is typed twice. Similarly, name of 'Khandu Bhika Ravate' is typed as 'Kanhu Bhika Adhane' and 'Shivram Bhaurao Ravate' is mentioned as 'Shriram Bhaurao Ravate'.

The aforesaid discrepancy appearing in their names is clearly inadvertent and typographical error. Hence the same deserves to be 970.ca15990.22.odt

corrected. Accordingly petitioners are permitted to carry out necessary amendment in contempt petition incorporating correct names as indicated above.
