The petitioners are seeking directions against Respondent nos.2 to 5 to consider the proposal submitted by respondent no.7 and absorb them on the Establishment of Jamkhed Municipal Council, Jamkhed, District Ahilyanagar. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 6, and, upon instructions from Respondent no.6, he makes a statement that, the proposal in respect of the petitioners in Tabular Form under the Heading "जामखेड नगर परिरषद का቟ኋाल቟ኋ ቟ኋांचेकडील दिदनांक १.१.२०२४ रोजिजची अंतीम सेवा ज्቟ኋे्቗ता सुची (पदनाम दिनहा቟ኋ) अंतीम सेवा ज्቟ኋे्቗ा ቟ኋादी" would be decided within a period of Eight

(8) weeks from today.

In view of the said statement, we dispose of the writ petition with directions to respondent nos.2 to 5, as the case may be, to decide the said proposal within a period of Eight (8) weeks from today.
