In case, the petitioner has filed application for rental compensation with the Special Land Acquisition Officer, and if the said application is pending with the Special Land Acquisition Officer, then the Special Land Acquisition

2 wp 11630.19 Officer shall decide the said application for payment of rental compensation on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months.
