Heard Mr. Namde, the learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the respondents have not followed the procedure while passing the impugned order. No notice has been issued to the petitioner as is contemplated under the order deputing the petitioner. 2.

We have also heard Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and the learned assistant government pleader for respondents/State.

The parent institution of the petitioner is Maharashtra Jivan Pradhikaran. The petitioner was sent on deputation for three years. After two and half years the petitioner was asked to

2 wp 12511.19 revert back to the parent institution. Said power vest with the appointing authority. Moreover post facto sanction was granted by the appointing authority to the order of the Chief Executive Officer reverting the petitioner to the parent institution. 4.

Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
