Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to delete name of respondent no. 4 from the array of respondents. Respondent no. 4 is deleted at the risk of petitioners. 2.

Petitioners are seeking revised pay scale.

Learned counsel for petitioners and learned AGP agree that petitioners in the present petition are similarly situate with the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 243/2007 decided on 04.07.2014 and the Review Petition No. 119/2016 decided on 19.04.2017. Learned counsel Mr. Barlinge submits that the said judgment is also confirmed by the Apex Court.

In the light of above and for the reasons recorded in order dated 04.07.2014 in Writ Petition no. 243/2007 alongwith Review

Petitioners would be entitled to the benefit of pay scale as per Government Resolution dated 27.02.2006. Arrears shall be paid within six months.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
