Though respondent nos.2 and 3 are served, none appears for respondent nos.2 and 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed B.E. (Electrical) Course. The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is still pending.

We have heard learned A.G.P. also.

In case, validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending, then respondent no.4-Committee shall decide the said validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the

(2) 111-wp-13849-2019 date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16.12.2019.

The respondents no.2 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The respondents may issue mark sheet to the petitioner, however, shall not issue decree certificate unless and until the petitioner produces the validity certificate.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
