Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the during pendency of the contempt petition, the order of which disobedience is alleged in this petition has been complied with. However, he submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to avail of an appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance for the payment of interest on delayed payment.

In the light of above, the contempt petition stands disposed of. Needless to observe that, it will be

However, it is further needless to observe that in case of filing such proceedings the concerned Forum shall afford opportunity of hearing to the respondents and then pass the appropriate orders.
