IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD CONTEMPT PETITION NO.763 OF 2016 IN WRIT PETITION NO.10174 OF 2015 (Shaikh Mazharuddin Kutboddin Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) ---- Mr.Prakashsingh B. Patil, Advocate for the petitioner Ms.R.P. Gaur, A.G.P. for the respondent/State ---- CORAM :

S.V. GANGAPURWALA AND SANGITRAO S. PATIL, JJ.

DATE : 18th APRIL, 2017 PER COURT :

Heard.

2.

The learned A.G.P. states that the order of this Court is complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits though the order of this Court is complied with, the same is not within the stipulated time and it is belated.

3.

It appears that the order of this Court dated 17th February, 2016 is subsequently complied with on 28th February, 2017. In fact, the respondent should have given reasons for not complying the order within stipulated period. Henceforth the respondent shall bear

cp763-2016 in mind the time stipulation given for compliance of the order of this Court.

4.

As the order of this Court is complied with, though belatedly, the contempt stands purged. The Contempt Petition stands disposed of. No costs. [SANGITRAO S. PATIL] [S.V. GANGAPURWALA] JUDGE JUDGE npj/cp763-2016
