Since departmental enquiry is contemplated against the petitioner, he has been placed under suspension, by an order of Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dhule dated 24-08-2017. The suspension cannot be said to be punishment.

It would be open for the petitioner to raise all the contentions, in support of his claim, during the enquiry proceeding. 4.

No interference is called for.
