The petitioner seeks directions to respondent no.02 to decide the Change Report filed by him in respect of the elections held by the general body meeting of 'Hazrat Dina Shah Wali Dargah and Masjid Trust, Deoli, District Wardha', within a stipulated period.

The petitioner may file an application with respondent no.02 i.e. Maharashtra State Board of Wakf to that effect. In case, such an application is filed, respondent no.02 shall decide the aforesaid Change Report, if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months from the date of filing such application. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision that would be taken by the respondent no.02, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file fresh petition.
