Present application has been filed by the original claimants for getting the delay of 192 days condoned in filing first appeal. Learned Advocate representing respondent No.2-Insurance company strongly opposes the application on the ground that the reasons those have been given are not sufficient and proper. 2.

However, taking into consideration the fact that the sole earning member of the family of the claimants had expired and for the reasons mentioned in paragraph No.3, the delay stands condoned. 3.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
