Learned AGP submits that in view of the statement made on behalf of the respondent/Committee members on 17.10.2024, the decision has been given on 30.10.2024. He submits that the respondents are tendering apology and he would file affidavit to that extent before 19.11.2024. He submits a photocopy of the decision. Copy of the same appears to have been given to the petitioner. Under such circumstance, now the decision has been given. There is no necessity to take any action under the Contempt of Courts Act. The petition stands disposed of, subject to filing of affidavit.
