This is an application for issuance of directions to Respondent No.2-University and Respondent No.3-College to declare result of the petitioner of final year M.B.B.S. examination and for issuance of degree certificate. It is also prayed that she shall be allowed to register her name with Medical Council. Heard learned Counsel for respective parties. In the facts and circumstances of this case, Respondent No.2-University and Respondent No.3-College are directed to declare result of the petitioner of final year M.B.B.S.

{2} ca1382915.odt examination and also return back necessary documents/degree certificate, etc., as per the request of the petitioner. Petitioner shall not be entitled to claim admission to any course of studies or secure employment as a member belonging to reserved category. Civil Application disposed of.
