Heard both the sides finally considering the exigency in the matter.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the letter dated 03.04.2024, issued by respondent no. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tenders on record the copy of the judgment rendered in Writ Petition No. 10857/2024 decided on 11.10.2024 in the matter of Sana Samreen Abdul Rauf Versus The State of Maharashtra and Others, and on the ground of parity, he would request to dispose of this petition.

As the facts are identical, the judgment rendered in the matter of Sana Samreen Abdul Rauf (supra) can be followed. We adopt the same reasoning and course.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 3 /Education Officer (Primary) to consider and examine the case of the petitioner in accordance with the prevailing policies, instructions issued on 11.10.2024 and 24.10.2024 and the judgment of Sana Samreen Abdul Rauf (supra). The decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two weeks.
